Processing fee for request for re-entry and/or additional study time

This fee is from 1.1.2025.

Your request for re-entry and/or additional study time is done in a separate form. In order for your request to be processed, you need to have paid the processing fee first. Attach the order confirmation from the web shop to your request form.

A re-entry request is needed if you are a bachelor’s or master’s student, or a doctoral researcher and you have missed the deadline for enrollment for the academic year.

A re-enrolment application is needed if you are a bachelor’s degree student or doctoral student and have missed the deadline for enrolment for the academic year. Undergraduate and doctoral students must register for each academic year either as present or absent electronically. Read more about enrolment for the academic year here.

You apply for extra study time when your study time has ended, and you need extra time to complete your studies.
